Psychotherapy doesn't offer a life without conflict. It offers a space so you don't have to face it the same way every time.

Psychological care makes it possible to understand emotions, relationships, and behaviors that keep repeating. The goal isn't to fit your story into a formula, but to build a process that's coherent with your needs and with the moment you're living.

  • In person and online
  • São José dos Campos
  • Focus on family relationships and career
  • Licensed Psychologist, CRP 06/72637

When to seek care

  • When similar conflicts keep showing up in different relationships.
  • When self-demand and a constant sense of urgency make it hard to rest.
  • When events from the past still strongly affect your choices today.
  • When changes, losses, or transitions feel hard to process.
  • When you want to know yourself better, even without a crisis.

What the process looks like

  • Psychotherapy isn't a list of advice.
  • The work involves listening, processing, questions, and building together.
  • The pace and goals vary depending on the person and what brought them in.
  • There's no fixed timeline or guaranteed outcome.
  • Referrals may be made when another format or professional is a better fit.

How it works

  1. 1

    First contact

The initial WhatsApp contact is used to check availability, format, and essential information about care.

  2. 2

    First session

A time to get to know what brought you in, understand your context, and talk about expectations and possibilities for care.

  3. 3

    Building the process

Frequency, goals, and continuity are defined based on clinical need and the agreements made.

  4. 4

    Confidentiality and limits

Care follows the ethical principles of Psychology. Questions about confidentiality, records, and how things work are explained clearly.

Approach

Integrative approach, in plain language:

  1. 1. The perspective isn't fixed to a single theoretical line: listening adapts to each person's presentation, needs, and moment, combining resources from CBT, Psychoanalysis, Positive Psychology, NLP, and Mindfulness.
  2. 2. In session, this can show up as questions that help name thoughts and patterns (CBT), space for free association and deeper meaning (Psychoanalysis), attention to strengths and resources beyond distress (Positive Psychology), communication techniques and pattern change (NLP), and presence and regulation exercises (Mindfulness) — always according to what's useful for you.
  3. 3. You can expect a flexible professional stance, without ready-made formulas: the method serves the process, not the other way around.
