In-person psychotherapy in São José dos Campos and online
Understanding your patterns can change the way you make choices.
Psychotherapy offers a space for listening, awareness, and building forward. A process to understand what keeps repeating, to recognize what you feel, and to find more grounded ways of relating to yourself and to your own history.

Why do we repeat patterns we need to change?
The key is understanding these repetitions and opening space for new choices, always respecting the context, goals, and agreements of each process.
Maybe the problem isn't just what happens, but the pattern that keeps repeating.
Conflicts in relationships, constant pressure, difficulty resting, insecurity, and important changes can make life feel like it's running on autopilot. Psychotherapy creates a space to observe these experiences more clearly — not to erase your history, but so it stops driving every choice you make.
You feel like you have to handle everything.
Some relationships seem to repeat the same conflicts.
Guilt is present even during moments of rest.
A loss, change, or transition shifted what once felt certain.
Setting limits brings fear, doubt, or resentment.
There's a desire to understand yourself better, without ready-made answers.

A process built with presence, listening, and responsibility.
Being welcoming does not mean offering ready-made answers. My work is to build a space where you can look at your own story, understand patterns that repeat, and find possibilities that fit your reality.
My practice is guided by an integrative approach — adapted to each person's presentation and needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalysis, Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mindfulness —, respecting the pace, the singularity, and the goals of each process.
