Portrait of Juliana Veloso
Portrait of Juliana Veloso

My choice of Psychology came from an interest in human relationships and in the ways each person finds to deal with conflict, change, and affection. Over time, my clinical practice began to dialogue with my experience in management, Human Resources, and people development.

These contexts reinforced one conviction: understanding someone requires listening, presence, and attention to how their history shapes the choices they make today.

How I work

In sessions, I offer careful, responsible listening built around each person's specific needs. Before interpreting or guiding, it's necessary to understand.

The therapeutic process doesn't erase what happened. It can, however, help you recognize patterns, process experiences, and build a more conscious relationship with what you've lived.

My role isn't to decide for you. It's to support clarity so your choices stop happening only on autopilot.

Principles of care

Listening without ready-made answers

Every story needs to be understood in its own context. Care begins with listening, not with an early conclusion.

Clarity in the process

Format, frequency, professional limits, and goals are discussed openly.

Respect for singularity

Tools, concepts, and diagnoses should never reduce a person to a fixed label.

Shared responsibility

Psychotherapy is built together. The professional offers listening and technical resources; the patient actively participates in their own process.

  • Speaker at an international congress on integrating coaching, NLP, hypnosis, systemic constellations, and mindfulness in professional practice.

Different practices, clear responsibilities

Psychotherapy, coaching, and consulting are distinct practices, each with its own goals, scope, and agreements. In coaching and consulting, my work also draws on complementary methodologies — such as systemic constellations, neuro-linguistic programming, and mindfulness — always as professional-development resources, never as a clinical approach within psychotherapy.

Knowing your story matters. So does noticing what you do with it today.
